Bears Pictures Hunting - How to Hunt Bears
Remember that even though the bears are concentrated on feeding, their senses are quite keen. Their sense of smell is amazingly acute. The bears' eyesight is also not as poor as many people think it to
be. Moving cautiously through the dense brush is an ineffective hunting
technique for most hunters.
A more successful technique is to search for areas with abundant bear food and bear sign. It is advisable to locate a higher point for observation and patiently watch the area. This will allow a hunter to sight the bear and have enough time to carefully identify the target. A hunter should use terrain to obtain visibility into stands of shrubs. Quality binoculars will certainly help locate bears.

Bears Pictures Hunting - Behavior
These animals usually lead a solitary way of life. The mating season of bears is summer. During the breeding season, a male and a female may live together for about a month. Bears are known to spend much of the wintertime in a winter sleep. This period is called "incomplete hibernation." Bears tend to consume huge amounts of food during late summer. They store fat within their bodies for energy needed during the winter sleep. Hibernation helps bears survive the changing seasons. Foods that bears eat are much less available during cold winter months.
